Official confirmation was issued on their Discord by KissAnime’s official support team. On 14 August, KissAnime got its first notice of closure.
Lastly, the closure of these sites was forced under strong piracy legislation in Japan. The piracy law was in place to serve a wide community for about a decade. These websites are known for their up-to-date anime and manga offerings to the audience. These pirate sites were now permanently demolished.
